17 Things We Learned From John Cena On Chris Jericho's WWE Network Podcast

17. 5 Moves Of Doom

We open with Chris congratulatingthe US champ (rocking a black eye and a Keep Calm And Chive On shirt straight out of 2010) on having a hell of a match with Cody Rhodes before some light-hearted discussion about Cena's much-maligned "5 moves of doom", with Jericho giving him credit for adding some new moves to his repertoire such as the springboard stunner. Cena quickly replies "Can we use that? Was it a springboard neckbreaker variable? Modified neckbreaker!" Cena jokes that as he adds a few he likes to take a few away to keep the number at five because he likes the sound if it. Jericho then asks what the original five moves of doom were, to which Cena responds with the usual "two shoulder tackles, the whirlybird special, the fist and the fireman's carry." So the shoulder tackles are counted as two separate moves?" asks Chris, to which Cena replies that it's actually "tackle, GIANT tackle."
