12. He Had A Fan Incident In 2009 But Was Not Charged

They approached him in the parking lot where they were a little too aggressive. Jericho was heard yelling the following: "Do your job €” get this stupid out of here." In the initial report, here is how it was explained to the Times Colonist: "The woman who was hit, 20-year-old Ashley Levey, said the altercation began when her boyfriend, Kalen Johl, heckled Jericho. Jericho got out of his vehicle, Levey said, and made a derogatory comment to Johl, who is South Asian. She said Jericho pushed Kohl first. Levey called Jericho a racist, so he spit on and punched her, she said. Levey said she and Johl were later arrested but released without charge. She wants Jericho charged with assault." In the end, nobody was charged. Jericho wasn't seen at fault because it was instigated by the fans and he likely had no interest in pressing charges against them. At the time it was a big deal, but everything worked out okay.
