It's rare for WWE to acknowledge that the real world commonly uses terms like "hospital" or "doctor". In WWE land, they're "medical facilities" and "paramedics". Or, as long time fans will know, they're often referred to as "trainers".

Not this week.

A brief close up of the doc's office door as Kofi Kingston was being checked over showed a sign reading, "Doctor/Trainer". Could this be a change in terminology to something more realistic?
