5. ...What The F***!?
I'm still not sure if I've imagined this part of the show. It's easily the most bizarre thing I've seen since covering SmackDown. As Mauro Ranallo took us to a commercial break, the camera cut to the backstage interview area, where Kalisto was blatantly going through his promo script with a nearby stagehand! The announce team continued to talk as though nothing outrageous was happening before them, even casually referencing Kalisto and his upcoming rematch against Alberto Del Rio. When we returned from commercials, Kalisto then proceeded to cut his promo - with absolutely no reference made of the bizarre behind-the-scenes snippet from beforehand. Is this it? Has kayfabe finally taken its last breath?
