18 Best WWE Insults Of 2016
14. Becky Lynch Defines "Boss"
Over the course of 2016 we watched Becky Lynch become a fan favorite among the ladies in WWE, taking her already exceptional in-ring skills to the next level as she began to evolve into a much better wrestling character, growing into one of the very best pure babyfaces on the entire WWE roster. Her promos vastly improved and she was able to hold her own on the mic with any of the females, something that had been considered a weakness of hers in the past.
In a three-way segment featuring Lynch, Charlotte, and Sasha Banks to promote their WrestleMania 32 encounter, Charlotte went over the origin of the Four Horsewomen, before apologizing for ruining her father's faction's name by including her former friends in the group.
The segment itself was pretty cringeworthy as the three women bickered back and forth until The Lasskicker assassinated Sasha's character calling her out:
"Where I'm from it takes a whole lot more than a self-entitled ego and some dollar store jewelry to be a boss."
