WWE's Money In The Bank 2020 was, at times, absolutely bonkers.

The promotion are becoming quite fond of melding traditional in-ring wrasslin' with over-the-top cinematic madness during the same show, and they continued this new empty arena trend on Sunday night. More standard in-ring bouts like the intense Drew McIntyre vs. Seth Rollins WWE Title match and a stirring scrap for the SmackDown Tag Titles couldn't prepare anyone for the main event.

Inside and on top of WWE headquarters, the company flexed their creative muscles and came up with one of the most bizarre collections of cameos you're ever likely to see. Provided fans could sit back, relax and enjoy the cut and paste brawl through corridors, gymnasiums, offices, hallways and rooftops for what it was, then they'd find a lot to like.

Nobody should be complaining about this; current circumstances necessitating it or not, MITB was a million miles better than anaemic offerings like Elimination Chamber or utterly forgettable fare like last year's TLC. This, shorter run time and all, was a great laugh.
