First of all, it must be asked: WWE, what were you thinking?

Why was Jeff Hardy's first pay-per-view appearance since returning consigned to the bloody Kickoff show? Surely Hardy vs. Cesaro would've been better for the main card than Bobby Lashley vs. R-Truth? It just doesn't make sense that Jeff's "redemption" (which the announcers need to stop saying 172 billion times per segment) was on a program few watch.

Hardy hasn't had an actual pay-per-view match since Elimination Chamber 2019, and that happened 15 months ago. Both his latest showings, at WrestleMania 35 and here, have been Kickoff efforts.
