14. Sami Zayn (c) Vs. Daniel Bryan

Nobody had managed to land a blow on Sami Zayn since he scarpered out of Elimination Chamber as the new Intercontinental Champion, and it looked as though the company might try and observe global etiquete by having the former 'Underdog From The Underground' dodge his challenger like they were both trying to get down the pasta aisle in a supermarket.

It took Drew Gulak smashing Cesaro and Shinsuke Nakamura out of the way for Bryan to finally seize Sami and control of the match with some violent strikes that were enhanced by the comical pleads for mercy from the Champion that fell on deaf ears.

The advantage wasn't to last - Bryan eventually getting caught up defending his new friend after the villains recovered cost him. A dive to the floor onto both 'The Swiss Superman' and 'The King Of Strong Style' gave Zayn the window he needed. A modified Helluva Kick kept the belt where it currently needs to be - Zayn is good in this very very bad version of pro wrestling - he is to be protected at all costs.
