19 Things You Probably Missed From WWE Raw (Aug 23)

Bray Wyatt returns to WWE; Raw takes a dig at Ric Flair; CM Punk buys NOBODY ice cream.

Riddle might've told Randy Orton (and WWE, for that matter) that he was inviting a special guest to RK-Bro's Raw Tag-Team celebrations this week. The tripped out babyface had gifts, bagged a win over AJ Styles and feigned fear for one former WWE peer.

That was just one of 19 hidden gems from the flagship.

Somewhat oddly, the company also decided to pretend that post-show attacks were part of Saturday night's SummerSlam pay-per-view. Elsewhere, Bobby Lashley almost concussed himself, Xavier Woods nearly suffered much, much worse, WWE's special effects team tried to make a SummerSlam moment flashier than it was, and history repeated itself.

Reigning 24/7 Champ Reggie might also wish that AEW new boy CM Punk was in San Diego to foot a certain bill, and no less than five Raw stars got their post-match reactions totally wrong; it's odd when wrestlers get happy/angry about the wrong result.

This article has more Flair family drama too. Charlotte took a sly dig at her father Ric (and possibly Andrade El Idolo too), and WWE continued to diss NXT like it's some unwanted third wheel.

Here's everything you probably missed from the latest Raw.
