19 Things You Probably Missed From WWE SmackDown (March 19)

13. Cesaro & The Brass Ring

Seth Rollins Cesaro Brass Ring
WWE

Last week, Seth Rollins referred to Cesaro as the "biggest waste of potential in the history of WWE". On Friday, he continued his verbal assault by discussing his attack on the Swiss. Then, Rollins said that Cesaro couldn't stand back up last night because he's tired from years of "running around and reaching for that brass ring".

That's a Vince McMahon line, surely.

WWE are definitely into the idea of presenting Rollins as someone who looks down on others for failing to achieve everything he has. That's fine so long as the heel gets his comeuppance in the end and Cesaro doesn't end up looking like a loser.
