That's Dasha Fuentes, a relative newcomer to the NXT ring announcing ranks. During Enzo and Big Cass' promo before their match with Dash and Dawson she seemed to be far too into the what was playing out in front of her. At one point she could even be seen mouthing "yeah" as Amore told of how people coming to the ring would be on the end of an a** whoopin'. This isn't a criticism of Fuentes, I've just never seen a ring announcer so invested in a promo. I'm glad she's having a ball.
