Next week's SmackDown is going to be sensational.

WWE previewed it in a fun way too. GM Nick Aldis laid out what you'll be seeing next, then Pretty Deadly tried to get on their fellow Brit's good side by trying to snag a shot at the Undisputed Tag-Team Titles. This was defo one of the more entertaining moments on an otherwise phoned-in episode.

Back to next week. The reason that gets an 'Up' is because the first SmackDown of 2024 boasts killer matches and Royal Rumble consequences. Kevin Owens vs. Santos Escobar will determine who challenges Logan Paul for the United States Title, and a lot of folks are eager to see KO vs. LP on PLE.

Then, there's a three-way pitting Randy Orton vs. LA Knight vs. AJ Styles to see who wrestles Roman Reigns come the Rumble. That's huge, and is a worthy main event for any pro wrestling weekly. Aldis did a solid job of selling both of these bouts before being interrupted by the Deadly boys.

Yeah, it is strange that a preview for the next episode of SmackDown was the main highlight of this one, but here we are! It is what it is, people.
