6. The Eye Sees Everything

Teoman’s vignette was great if you’re a media student. It was well lit, the sound was crisp, the camera work was sublime, and it was edited perfectly. The problem? It was ineffective. You were left without a thought to process when he finished speaking. This should never be the case following a promo.

The former Lucky Kid spoke of how he could put every member of the roster in the hospital, asking Oliver Carter the rhetorical question of if Ashton Smith would visit him in hospital. After all, they’re merely tag team partners and that, according to Teoman, doesn’t make you family. Wouldn’t you know it, Teoman’s eye sees everything. Dire, dire stuff.

Of all the personas to lambast a once German wrestling icon of with, the all-seeing eye is perhaps the worst to even attempt to achieve. It’s forever been a futile gimmick. The efficiency of it is non-existent. Teoman can’t pull it off, so just switch things up a little. Until that happens, his promos will remain passable.
