20 Best Ever WWE Hasbro Figures

3. Bret Hart - Series 8

Like Mr. Perfect, Bret Hart was a standout performer during the 80s and 90s. The Hitman was a two-time Tag Team and two-time Intercontinental Champion by the time his first Hasbro was released, so creating him in action figure form was almost past due. Bret's first plastic persona came as part of the fourth series in 1992, but it was his second figure from 1994 that really captured the Excellence of Execution. In his classic black and pink tights, the detail on Bret's second figure really is better than every other figure Hasbro ever made for Vince McMahon's company. From the four hearts down the side to the heart/skull/wings logo of The Hitman, the detail of the eighth series Bret Hart really had some time invested into it. Rightfully so, since Bret Hart was riding high as WWF Champion when this figure was created as part of the Red Card series. The factors keeping this figure from being any higher on the list are the silver shades (he hadn't worn them in years), as well as the figure's scale. Realistically, The Hitman was around the same size as Mr. Perfect yet both of his action figures are more comparable to series three Hulk Hogan. Unlike today, with Mattel licensing figures for the WWE, during the time in which the Hasbro line was produced it must be understood that figure scale and sizing wasn't something the toy manufacturer focused on. The detail, figure sculpt and design of the figure is good enough for Bret Hart's second figure to capture bronze.
