Frankie Kazarian never became a top babyface in TNA like they were hoping he’d become, but he's far from a failure, as he was one of their most reliably entertaining veterans throughout their history.

In his early days with the company, he was a solid X Division competitor and wowed the crowds with his incredible Flux Capacitor finisher. He eventually left for WWE, though, until he returned to TNA in 2006. The company struggled to find him a role that fit, as he joined the largely awful Serotonin stable. But when he broke out, he was invested in as as a potential top player when he won the 2007 Fight For the Right Tournament by defeating Christian Cage.

After moving back to the mid-card, he played Suicide for a bit (along with 47 other people), before moving into the Fortune stable, and finally getting a decent push once again. It was as a tag act, though, that he’ll likely be best remembered for. Along with Christopher Daniels, Bad Influence was a great pairing, and the two complimented each other’s humor and wrestling ability perfectly.

In total, he spent Kaz spent over a decade in TNA and was unfortunately let go without much fanfare. Under new management a Kazarian and Daniels return would be a nice move, and a great way to reignite the tag division.

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
