He's a legitimate businessman. Honest. Despite occupying a position of great power in an industry dominated by violence, he's certainly no fighter himself. He's actually a rather cowardly, greasy figure that would rather send an enormous henchman to do his dirty work. He's short, somewhat rotund and walks funny, but you wouldn't know that from the way he talks. He's an utter braggart, squawking on endlessly about this and that in a nasal voice that makes you want to put your head through a wall. Don't cross him though. Many have assumed that, just because he can't physically fight for himself, he's defenceless, but his huge amounts of influence says otherwise.
