18. Chris Jericho (Jaqen H'ghar)

Jaqen H'ghar may be a relatively minor Game of Thrones character (having appeared in just nine episodes to date), but every time he shows up, he sure makes an impact, and the exact same thing can be said about Y2J himself, Chris Jericho. Jericho works on a part-time basis these days, turning up usually out of nowhere whenever he feels like it, much like H'ghar, and without fail he always finds a way to whip the crowd into a frenzy. H'ghar may not be a significant character yet, but his sparse appearances are normally both amusing and memorable. Then there's the mystery aspect: little is known about the Faceless Man of Braavos, and Jericho has similarly embraced smoke and mirrors, what with the enigmatic build-up for both his debut and numerous returns over they years.
