20 Huge Predictions For WWE's New Paul Levesque Era

3. Even More Blood And Swearing Going Forward

The Rock's vicious beatdown of Cody Rhodes in the rain leading up to WrestleMania 40 was arguably the most captivating moment of 2024 so far - outside of, you know, that little ol' story being finished.

Seeing 'The Final Boss' once again swearing his head off was one thing, but it was the savage and extremely rare visual of a WWE babyface being made to bleed at the hands of a cruel heel that really caught folks' attention.

WWE haven't exactly been all that fond of letting their stars intentionally shed the red stuff during their time as a PG product. But judging from Triple H's recent IMPAULSIVE comments (at 32:10 in the video below), it seems like cursing and blood may not be quite as rare in this new Paul Levesque period in WWE.

Though Trips clearly isn't someone who feels that blood in particular should be shed all that often on a wrestling show, he did admit that "there’s a time for everything" before following up by adding, "When its needed, pull the trigger. But the discipline is only pulling the trigger when it really means something and when it’s shocking."

Put simply, while blood and swearing likely won't become a regular part of the WWE experience during this new era, it looks like it will now creep into the show more often when the moment calls for it.
