Every wrestler does something on their way to the ring in every match. It's a signature move that fans know belongs to them. For Hunter, he stands on the apron facing the camera, spits out water in the arena (he drinks water on the way to the ring) and then spits forward in an intense way. It's his way of letting us know he's ready for a match.
