20 Major WrestleMania Matches We Didn't Get

1. The Rock Vs. Brock Lesnar (WrestleMania 30)

Much like the Rock/John Cena "Once in a Lifetime" clash for WrestleMania 28, a match pitting Rock and Lesnar was to have been set up one year in advance. At WrestleMania 29, Rock dropped the WWE Championship to Cena in an 'old guard loses to current generation' match. The following night on RAW, the opening salvo of the Rock/Lesnar storyline was to take place, presumably with Lesnar injuring Rock and putting him out of commission. In truth, Rock was legitimately injured at WrestleMania, suffering torn pelvic muscles and tendons during the lengthy main event. Rock ended up no-showing Raw that night, and decided to put all ring-activity on hold, so as to not jeopardize his film career. As for Lesnar, his WrestleMania XXX experience was probably more unforgettable than anything he and Rock could've done together.
