One thing that everyone credits John Cena with is how hard he works. In particular, his charity work is selfless and he makes a ton of time for disadvantaged kids. He has made over 400 Make A Wish kids very happy. But his desire to help ill kids actually comes from a very personal place. His own brother was afflicted with an inoperable brain tumour and is only alive today due to early detection. Cena has credited this as motivation in his own work and life.
