After Matt Hardy gave Karl Anderson a Twist of Fate off a ladder in the middle of the ring, Jeff Hardy performed the spot of the night outside the ring. Targetting both Sheamus & Cesaro in side by side ladders propped up between the apron and the guardrail, Jeff threw caution to the wind with this insane Swanton Bomb.
Judging by the impact of the ladders, Cesaro suffered far more than Sheamus here. Matt retrieved the titles right after this, becoming Raw Tag Champions one day after losing the ROH Tag Titles to The Young Bucks. This was the most daredevil moment on the biggest WWE show of the year, rightfully taking the top spot on this countdown.
