20 Most RIDICULOUS Wrestler Physiques Ever

1. Scott Steiner

Those aren't bicep muscles - they're rocks that Scott Steiner had surgically implanted beneath his skin. The commitment it takes to get peaks that freakish? Unheard of. Scotty obviously spent his time doing slow concentration curls for at least 18 hours per day. Only joking. Everyone knows rest and recovery is the key to muscle growth.

And other stuff that shouldn't be mentioned for legal reasons.

Seriously though, Steiner's transformation was outrageous. He was always in top shape as a tag-teamer with brother Rick, but Scott went further once he became a singles star in the late-90s. Steiner earned the nicknames 'Big Poppa Pump' and 'Freakzilla', put it that way.

Scotty wasn't as shredded as he's been in the mid-90s once he started adding size, but how could he be? The would-be main eventer fancied becoming bigger and bigger. His biceps set an industry standard, and his chest was insanely muscular on top of that.
