14. Rick Rude

Right, bring another block of cheese for some more grating. Iconic manager Bobby Heenan is pointing to the exact spot you need for maximum effect. His man, Rick Rude, had some of the best abs in wrestling history. Those bad boys would give Finn Bálor a run for his money, and that's saying something considering the Irishman's sleek look.

Rude packed muscle on top of that too, which had to require some trial and error. There's no way somebody stumbles upon a look that shredded overnight. Infamously, it's claimed the 'Ravishing' one rubbished lower body workouts by saying 'it's an upper body business'. He was right about that when it came to the WWF in the 1980s and early-90s.

Side on, Rude was as thin as a slice of paper. When he turned to you or away, it was clear to see that he preferred as slim a waist as possible but still had big biceps and an unbelievably muscular chest and back. Rick was cut, cut, cut. Few had a better body than him.

That's still the case all these years on.
