20 Obscure WWE Tag Teams You Totally Don't Remember
13. Jim Duggan & Super Crazy
Once one of ECW's most enjoyable midcard competitors, Super Crazy didn't have much joy in WWE. He came to the company four years after the Invasion's conclusion and debuted at the One Night Stand PPV in 2005, then hooked-up with Psicosis and Juventud Guerrera to form one of the most questionable stables in the company's history.
The lawnmower-riding Mexicools represented the absolute worst of WWE's jingoistic tendencies, and their run effectively doomed all three men to eternal obscurity. Juvi left six months later and Psicosis didn't hang around after their dissolution, but Super Crazy did, and bounced around the lower card until 2007, when he met "Hacksaw" Jim Duggan.
WWE have thrown together dozens of weird, half-baked tag teams over the years, but Duggan & Crazy were together for over a year. They made their first appearance at New Year's Revolution in January 2007, and their last on Heat in May 2008. Their most famous victory came over The World's Greatest Tag Team on an episode of Raw, but the rest of their run was spent trading wins and losses with The Highlanders on Sunday Night Heat.
Aside from Matt Hardy and Tatanka, you'll scarcely find a stranger pairing than the 2x4-wielding Duggan and stocky luchadore Super Crazy.
