20 Original WWE Character Concepts You Won’t Believe

9. 1-2-3 Kid

Goldust Concept
WWE

Kudos to WWE here - from design through to execution, The 1-2-3 Kid was ready to go from the earliest stage. His carefully planned sequence of losses over several weeks on Monday Night Raw fed magnificently into his fluke victory over Razor Ramon, and his over-the-top attire was nearly spot on even at the conceptual stage.

Other than a palette swap, Kid's gear reflected the youthful exuberance of his character. He held on to this look for much of his maiden year, until his maturity in the ring could be mirrored outside of it.
