20 Possible WWE Royal Rumble 2016 Surprise Entrants

7. Scott Hall

Whether as Razor Ramon or the nWo-ite Hall, Scott Hall entering the Rumble would be one of the biggest feel-good moments WWE could possibly deliver. The major obstacle to overcome here seems to be Hall's ability to pass a physical.

At the risk of overlooking this potentially deal-breaking issue, seeing Hall back in the ring one more time, especially alongside some The Wolfpac, would make for a very memorable Royal Rumble Match.

If this were to happen, it would be Scott's first ever appearance in the Royal Rumble Match. Despite being a mainstay in WWE from 1992 through 1996, Hall never actually wrestled in the famous battle royal as he was usually defending the Intercontinental Championship elsewhere on the card.
