20 Possible WWE Royal Rumble 2016 Surprise Entrants

6. Rey Mysterio

Rey Mysterio returning at the Royal Rumble should likely see a reaction opposite that of his 2014 Rumble appearance. Rey has been asked in recent interviews about a potential return to WWE and hasn't been secretive about his feelings. Although Rey sounded very open to returning to the company, the other side isn't as transparent.

The company still hasn't found a true replacement for Rey Mysterio and to think that such a superstar could be easily substituted was short-sighted on WWE's part. Mysterio would likely receive a hero's welcome if he were to return in Orlando, even if for one night only.
