Bianca Belair and Asuka's rivalry hadn't been rife with ferocity and fury as had been prophesied upon the latter's Elimination Chamber victory. Instead, it had trodded along, almost suppressed from its surrounding card; its placement post-Intercontinental title match did little to help.

This was considered the death spot on the night two lineup. GUNTHER, Sheamus, and Drew McIntyre were always going to deliver a masterstroke - they did - and whatever followed it was going to be an agonising watch because of this. Luckily, Bianca and Asuka acknowledged this, working a match that didn't overstep the mark to tire the live audience, but instead delivering a leading contest that discarded the correlations brought by the 'death spot' phrase.
