20 Stupidest Products WCW Ever Licensed

11. WCW Talking Mad Cap Soda Can Toppers

Wow, trying saying that name as fast as you can ten times. What exactly are WCW Talking Mad Cap Soda Can Toppers you ask? We€™re not entirely sure ourselves. But by the looks of things they were an obnoxious, impractical, and downright surreal appendage that you attached to a can of pop to make drinking more fun! The packaging actually claims that these stunning items were €˜the fun and safe way€™ to drink from a soda can, which implies to us that in the late 1990s you could market a product based on the idea that your children might drown drinking a coke. We have never suffered any ill health effects drinking from a can, and none of us remember any major epidemic in the 1990s of kids injuring themselves on soft drinks. But maybe we were just lucky. In the pantheon of needless junk that makes something simple a whole lot more cumbersome and impractical, these gems must rank in the top fifty.
