20 Things We Learned From Brock Lesnar On Stone Cold's WWE Network Podcast

4. Returning To WWE & Comparing Vince To Dana

Steve gets into what it was like for Brock to return, asking he mended that Vence with McMahon, pointing out that he'd burned a few bridges with WWE himself. This leads into talk about how Austin walked out when he was asked to do a job for Lesnar, and Steve gives his side of that story. Lesner tells Austin that he didn't have to explain it to him, he wasn't offended and he understands it was just business. The Rattlesnake then comments on how Lesnar has spent time with two of the biggest promoters in history and asks him to compare and contrast the two, remarking on how he's sure they both have big egos.
"Well how can't you have a big ego, you've got a big bank account? I've got a big bank account - nothing like their standards - but people probably think I've got a big ego. But Dana White and Vince McMahon, I've got to thank them both for putting a lot of money in my bank account. And I've fought for every penny of it."
He thanks White and the Fertittas for always being fair and straight up with him and appreciates the way he was treated. Steve asks if his flirtations with returning to UFC earlier this year were a bluff, and he says absolutely not. Brock felt like his illness cut his career short and he had something to prove. He was up front with WWE in his intentions to possibly leave and had even started a training camp because he wanted to test himself and see where his head was at.
