Throughout the pod, Jake had some tales of fans attacking him and estimates he started between 30-40 riots during his matches. One of the most incredible was about a seemingly-harmless 75-year old grandmother who was indirectly goaded into lunging for Roberts by her grandchildren.

This happened in Dallas, Texas, and Jake couldn't believe his eyes when he saw an elderly woman pinned to the ground by security during his entrance. He thought she'd had a heart attack and rushed to see if he could help. That's when security told him the news.

That sweet old lady had cut Jake with a box cutter. Rattled, he aimed a kick at her prone body.

It's only then that he looked down to see some blood on his arm and realised what had transpired. Later, the woman apologised to Roberts and claimed she'd become so caught up in the drama of wrestling when her grandkids said nobody had the guts to shut Roberts' mouth. He hugged her and forgave her on the spot.
