16. Ernie Ladd Puked On Him Mid-Match

Speaking of vomiting, Jake did some of his own during a match in Louisiana against 'The Big Cat' Ernie Ladd.

After he landed poorly on a bump, Roberts noticed that a bone was protruding from his arm. Amazingly, he barely even felt it; the adrenaline was coursing through his body so hard that it wasn't until hours later, in the showers, that Jake crumpled to the tiled floor in pain and had to go to hospital.

Meanwhile, poor Ernie was probably still wretching at the sight of his peer's broken arm. The compound fracture was so nasty that it caused him to puke all over Jake mid-match. That's right, not only did Roberts have a broken bone, he was also covered in Ladd's lung butter.

All Ernie could do was push Jake away and scream about the state his arm was in. He didn't want to lock up or continue wrestling, but Roberts was determined to finish the match. Now, anyone reading this might struggle to finish their lunch.
