20 Things WWE Wants You To Forget About The Attitude Era

10. Death Of Big Show's Father

This polarising feud from 1999 saw dastardly heel Big Bossman, fresh off force-feeding Al Snow his own dog, using Big Show's Kayfabe Father's death as a means to draw heat. Including a series of absurd angles where Bossman stole the coffin during papa's actual funeral and informed Big Show's mom that her son was a bastard, perhaps the most notorious moment came in the form of a poem Bossman read live on Raw, a transcript of which you'll find below:
With the deepest regrets and tears that are soaked, I'm sorry to hear your dad finally croaked. He lived a full life, on his own terms, Now he'll be buried and eaten by worms. But if I could have a son as stupid as you, I'd have wished for cancer so I would die too. So be brave and be strong; get your life on track, cos the old bastard's dead and he aint ever coming back.

Betting on being a brilliant brother to Bodhi since 2008 (-1 Asian Handicap). Find me @LiamJJohnson on Twitter where you might find some wonderful pearls of wisdom in a stout cocktail of profanity, football discussion and general musings. Or you might not. Depends how red my eyes are.
