WWE put some late-1980s assets and the classic SmackDown logo in a blender for this 'Throwback' episode, and it was weird. The result was a retro look that totally conflicted with the show's actual history - it wasn't around when those nameplates, that 'block' logo or almost anything else WWE used were.
