20 Worst Wrestling PPVs Of All Time

8. WCW Uncensored 1995

Taking place a few months before ECW rise to prominence, this was WCW's attempt at jumping onto the "extreme" wrestling trend. Uncensored '95 was an unsanctioned, "no rules" show aimed at ramping-up the intensity and delivering a harder, edgier product, and it was an unwatchable failure.

When the show starts with Dustin Rhodes and Blacktop Bully literally fighting on the back of a moving truck full of hay, you know you're in for a rough night. Moreover, for a show aimed at amplifying WCW's risk factor, the match had to be heavily-edited due to some heavy bleeding, and both wrestlers were fired after the show for blading without permission.

The show's "extreme" image was compromised in other ways, too. Randy Savage won via disqualification on a no-DQ show, Arn Anderson fought Johnny B. Badd with a bucket on his head, and Harlem Heat vs. the Nasty Boys was the kind of garbage brawl that gives hardcore wrestling a bad name in the first place.

To top it all off, Hulk Hogan wrestled Vader in a four corners match for the night's main event. Hogan won, but instead of doing it by dragging Vader to all four corners, he did it to Ric Flair (who was in Vader's corner) instead. How on Earth does that work?

Then there was the "Ultimate Surprise". Teased for months as the Ultimate Warrior's long-awaited WCW debut, fans were instead "treated" to The Renegade: a blatant rip-off gimmick, who was actually a better wrestler than Warrior, but obviously lacked his star power and reputation.

What a night, and it gets worse...
