20 Worst WWE Wrestlers Since 2000

12. Heidenreich

An unfortunate victim of some of the Ruthless Aggression era's absolute worst creative direction he may have been, but Heidenreich's failings had as much to do with his shortcomings as a performer as anything else. The former NFL hopeful wrestled like a broken action figure. Slow, clunky, and awkward, his movements were as uncoordinated as his moveset was basic, and he remains one of the worst opponents The Undertaker ever faced.

Their feud flopped. Not even Paul Heyman's presence as Heidenreich's manager could compel the crowd into taking the red-clad plodder seriously, and their Royal Rumble 2005 Casket Match was so bad, it prompted WWE to scrap a planned WrestleMania 21 tag clash that would've also featured Kane and Snitsky.

Heidenreich was a total bore, and his push was baffling. Each of his gimmicks flopped, from his early days as a psychotic poet to his closing run in the needless Legion Of Doom revival, and he didn't even achieve enough success to be considered a flash in the pan. Still, we'll never forget the time he attempted to molest poor Michael Cole in a backstage segment.
