20 Wrestlers Who Won World Titles In The Fewest Matches
11. Bron Breakker (NXT Title)
Number Of TV Matches: 9
Some out there will question the validity of WWE's NXT prizes as "World Titles", but they've been defended internationally so they count here. A lot of the early champions didn't have the distinction of working abroad, because NXT was more of a training centre. It still kinda is, but is better-represented globally these days.
Bron Breakker had a mere 9 TV scraps to his name when he hoisted the NXT Title high above his head after beating Tommaso Ciampa at the special New Year's Evil show on 4 January 2022. Here's a quirky trivia note: Bron had beaten none other than LA Knight on his NXT bow in mid-September 2021. He'd go unbeaten before winning the strap.
It will not be Breakker's last under the WWE banner.
