P*ssed off after being roared at over the commentary headsets by Vince McMahon and seeking a fresh challenge, Mick Foley joined TNA in late-2008. This was massive news at the time, but Foley didn't debut in-ring until Genesis in January 2009. He helped TNA's Front Line beat the Main Event Mafia on that pay-per-view.

A tag match with Jeff Jarrett vs. Kurt Angle and Sting followed, as did a two-on-one handicap brawl vs. The Motor City Machine Guns. Then, it was off to Lockdown on 19 April to beat the Stinger and win his only TNA World Title. Yes, TNA put their biggest belt on Mick less than a handful of matches into his run.

Fair enough, but Foley was visibly struggling to work for too long by '09. It happened though.
