6. The Big Show Is Afraid Of Little People

Ironically, apparently the world's largest athlete is scared of little people. Paul 'Big Show' Wight suffers from achondroplasiaphobia, or the fear of midgets or dwarves.

The term achondroplasia is a medical term referring to a lack of cartilage formation, a common cause of dwarfism. The phobia is also known as nanosophobia, which comes from the Greek 'nanos', meaning 'dwarf', or (utterly ridiculously) lollypopguildophobia, after the trade union of munchkins in the Wizard Of Oz.

Both Chris Jericho and Brock Lesnar have brought this to bear on Show in the past. Jericho did it inadvertently: he had a group of midgets confront him and Big Show in the ring as part of an angle, not realising how uncomfortable it would make his tag team partner.

Lesnar, on the other hand, just likes winding people up. He invited a little person of his acquaintance over for dinner and had him steal Big Show's food, because of course he did.
