19. Kamala
Kamala is a little bit of an iffy entry on this list, we'll admit, primarily because despite his facepaint sometimes resembling a skull, the whole "wild savage" thing might not be considered the most racially/culturally sensitive of options (that's our WWE for you). On top of that, he doesn't really wear a whole lot, which means that depending on where you live, this could be one of the colder costumes to be wearing trick-or-treating. Regardless, if you've got the guts and don't mind walking around barefoot through the night, then it's definitely a possibility. Still, there are better options we've yet to touch upon...
