16. Doink The Clown
Reasons Doink fits a list for scary costumes and creatures: 1) Coulrophobia, the fear of clowns, is a thing that exists. 2) Pennywise, from Stephen King's "It." 3) The Joker doesn't fool around. Actually, he does, and that's when he's scariest. 4) Pretty much his entire post-face turn career. This costume works even better if you're going with a kid, so long as you can convince them to dress up as Dink. Now if you'll excuse us, we're off to wonder why WWE hasn't revived the clown gimmick with a Pennywise or Heath Ledger-styled edge to it.
