Oh Shane. You may be the coolest member of the McMahon family (by quite some margin), but it's clear that cringeworthy gags run in the family.
The Raw co-manager's joke involved pretending that an absent Stephanie was there with him - through the medium of mime, the funniest comedic subset of all.
Needless to say, it didn't really work too well.
