Title Lost: WWF Championship Lost Title To: Ultimate Warrior This has to be one of the all-time head-scratchers in terms of leaving money on the table. Hulk Hogan vs. Ultimate Warrior at WrestleMania VI was one of the biggest matches of that era. The match pitted two of the most popular superstars in WWE at the time against each other, and their Mania bout was about as even as possible Warrior only won by capitalizing on a mistake by Hogan. This could have easily headlined SummerSlam or drawn huge numbers for a Main Event program. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BfqV3xI8l_s Instead, Warrior went on to feud with Ravishing Rick Rude and Mr. Perfect, while Hogan engaged in a battle with Earthquake. Keeping these two apart and not letting Hogan invoke a rematch, even months down the road, left fans asking What if? and WWE with a lost opportunity. Sadly, fans had to wait eight years to get that rematch, and by that point, the magic was long gone and the feud had degenerated into two past-their-prime stars seemingly trying to out-crazy the other with promos. And lets not even get into the match. It was a sad sequel to something so memorable.
