20 WWE Stars STRUGGLING Since WrestleMania 40

11. The Creed Brothers

Brutus and Julius Creed proved during their time in NXT that they have all the tools to succeed as a top-tier tag team in WWE, so why is it so difficult for them to gain any traction on the main roster?

Right before WrestleMania, they failed to defeat #DIY to qualify for a spot in the tag team title match on The Grandest Stage of Them All. This forced them to merely be fodder in the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal match on SmackDown—a spot nearly everyone can get by default.

Post-WrestleMania offers new opportunities, though. In particular, the WWE Draft allows some restructuring of a wrestler's spot on the roster, where they may be better positioned to succeed.

Unfortunately, The Creed Brothers stayed on Raw with little to no direction. They've mostly been used on Main Event, trading wins with random tag teams. If they do appear on Raw, it tends to be in the background, not doing anything substantial.

An easy fix could be in the works with them joining Chad Gable, turning heel and getting a fire lit up underneath them. But until that happens, they're just another duo filling out Raw's tag team division. Maybe let's at least start with some better entrance music.
