12. Shawn Michaels - 223 Matches
The greatest performer in Monday Night Raw history, Shawn Michaels was a very special talent. He was a regular on the show from the get go in 1993, but then retired from competition in 1998. After four years away, he then came back better than ever. His 2002 - 2010 run was inspirational, although it wasn't as if he was wrestling on Raw every week. Nevertheless, he still clocked up 223 Raw matches in his time with WWE. The greatest of those matches was his near hour classic with John Cena in London, UK. It took place on April 23rd 2007 and is right up there when fans talk about Raw's greatest matches of all time.
