Cody Rhodes being so high up this list is a little surprising, but then you have to consider that he's been with WWE since 2007 and consistently used on Raw in mid-card scenarios. He's a great in-ring worker, so he has ended up booked in a lot of matches over an eight year period. There was a period when he was mainly on Smackdown in 2010, but he's still managed to clock up an impressive 228 matches. Unfortunately, that work rate hasn't really translated into major success. His most recent run as Stardust was indicative of how WWE feel about him. Nevertheless, he's still only 30 years old and has a very bright future ahead of him. He has the opportunity to progress much further up this list, with at least another half decade of action in front of him.
