At the risk of giving this sign too much attention, it deserves to be at least called out as disgusting and unacceptable. Usually the confiscating of crowd signs causes uproar among WWE's fanbase, showing the company up as hypocritical. How many John Cena promos have included the line "you've paid your money; you can say what you want", only for several signs to be taken down for going against the company's wishes. However, this crosses a definite line. Unfortunately, security didn't seem to spot this soon enough, and it was still very much present throughout the main event (and post-match shenanigans).
