By this stage, fans were extremely curious to see how on earth 'Corporate Kane' and 'Demon Kane' were going to appear at the same time. In the end, they didn't. The Director of Operations came hobbling down to ringside and took his seat, the traditional Kane entrance music played...and nothing happened. Rollins turned to the DOO with the absolutely perfect expression upon his face - one which happens to mirror my own feelings on this angle.
