17. Brought Back... Straight Into The SummerSlam Main Event
WWE almost never retract back on themselves, and in the case of Daniel Bryan, he was a nobody to Vince McMahon. He was entirely expendable. Yet before Bryan's no-compete clause was even up after his firing, WWE brought him back! And even more sensational than that, they brought him straight into the SummerSlam main event! He was the surprise addition for Team Cena versus The Nexus. Just let the craziness of that sink in. A guy who had barely any Raw presence before being fired, suddenly brought back and booked in the main event of WWE's second biggest show of the year, alongside names like Bret Hart and John Cena. Bryan was back in a big, big way.
